| My work alludes to the erosion of time that alters memory, man-made objects, and nature. My experiences have profoundly affected me and have created a vast storehouse of memories that, through the passage of time, have been fractured, veiled, distilled, and recontextualized into new memories that color everything that I create. And what preoccupies my mind is the mechanistic culture we live in, the planned obsolescence of man-made items, and the tension and paradoxes in the relationship between humans and nature. I try to coalesce and make visible these interests in my work.
