For years we yearned to discover a some-what laid back lifestyle in a rural area to raise our
young boys. In 1997 we established Breezy Hollow Farm on it's 26 acres, here in the beautiful
Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. In 2003, my love and passion for Canine companions was realized
and lead us to produce smart, happy, healthy, family raised Cairn Terriers "down on the farm."
I am a licensed and AKC inspected breeder that strives to bring you the perfect companion and
am dedicated to raising quality Cairn Terriers that will become a "member" of your family and
bring many years of happiness into your home. We are committed to making your Cairn experience
a VERY positive one! They are a very sturdy, compact breed that loves to entertain and delight
everyone around them. Don't let their clownish antics fool you, they are also great hunters that
love snooping for critters that don't belong in their territory! They can be your lap dog, watch
dog, and your loyal friend, all wrapped up in a small package that fits well into the majority of
todays busy households. They make great companions for all ages and adjust well to different
situations. You can reserve a precious Cairn Terrier that would fit "just right" into your
particular lifestyle, whether it be a busy work schedule, children, retirement, or travel.
We searched for a family dog that would fit well into our home and be rugged enough for the farm,
and chose the Cairn Terrier. We became hooked after experiencing how smart, witty, energetic,
brave, loyal, cute, and loving they are & all of this was crammed into the compact size of a Cairn!
Our puppies are family raised, healthy, well socialized, and will average 9 to 16 pounds when mature
