The story is still in the works, please check back later... Boundary Falls, today is easy to miss as one travels from Midway to Greenwood. Just a nice little history stop and turn around on the right hand side of the highway 3. This forgotten town was first founded on a small gold rush in the 1860’s. This rush faded fast and decades would pass by Before a town would take shape here at the falls. 1898 and the falls is dammed and produces hydro electric power. The smelter and town grew at a modest rate always overshadowed by it’s more prosperous neighbors such as Midway & Greenwood.
